Returns and Exchange Policy

In keeping with our in-store policy: garments or products in their original packaging and condition, including all tags attached can be exchanged for another garment or product of the same value, or an in-store credit - pending the claim is within 14 days from the date of purchase. Return postage is the customer’s expense unless product is deemed faulty by our store in which case a refund of postage cost is possible.

If you suspect that your garment or product has a manufacturer’s fault, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aschofield.com.au

If the garment or product is deemed faulty by the manufacturer, you may be entitled to be a refund.
